During the first brush there may be a small amount of hair fibres that fall out, this is completely normal! Avoid styling products such as mousse or gel, this will damage the hair. Only ever use our wire bristle brush as other brushes make the hair frizzy. 

Brush small sections at a time, starting at the bottom of the hair and moving up to the scalp. Smooth over each section with your fingers. Your doll’s hair is heat resistant up to 160 degrees, any hotter and it could melt! Only use high quality heating tools with temperature control. 

Test on a small patch at the nape of the neck first. If you feel it sticking STOP! Lightly mist your doll’s hair with water from your spray bottle before using heating tools. 

Be sure not to get water in her eyes – they may rust! Your doll’s hair can be washed with a tiny amount of dishwashing liquid if needed. Allow to dry thoroughly before styling. Use a good quality synthetic wig conditioning spray.

Your doll is made of soft vinyl with a matte finish. It’s been developed to look as authentic and lifelike as possible. This soft vinyl is a porous material that will absorb some strong dyes found in fabrics, makeup, coloured markers, pens, and ink so avoid putting these near your doll!

To clean your doll make a paste of baking soda and lukewarm water. Using a damp cloth rub the paste on to the vinyl gently in a circular motion. Remove the paste by wiping off with a clean damp washcloth. Towel dry your doll thoroughly.

Be careful not to get water in your dolls eyes as they are made of metal and can rust and discolour.

Avoid intense heat (including being left in the car) as the vinyl will soften and may deform.
