SHIPPING AND RETURNS
AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY
We ship from our Head Office in Queensland using Aramax or Australia Post.
ORDER TURN AROUND TIMES
As we are a boutique family business our turn around times are 3 business days for dispatch. In peak periods, like Christmas or sales, your order can take up to 7 to 14 business days for dispatched.
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE FOR DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We only refund/exchange items if they are defective or damaged within six weeks from the date of purchase. Please check your product upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
We do not offer refunds/exchanges in the following situations:
* Change of mind, please select your items carefully
* Item is lost/stolen/damaged after successful proven delivery
* Item hasn’t been used in accordance with provided instructions or item has been misused and/or neglected i.e. played with roughly
If you have a defective or damaged item send us an email at hello@foreverdolls.com and we will advise you on the next steps.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if we have approved or rejected your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed within 2 business days to your original method of payment. If rejected, then you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to you.
EXCHANGES FOR CHANGE OF MIND
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. To exchange an item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not offer exchanges in the following situations:
* Item/s have obvious signs of use
* Item/s have been opened
* Item/s are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
* Item/s that have been customised
* It has been over 10 days since the order was placed
To return your item, you should email us at hello@foreverdolls.com and we will advise you of the next steps. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s for exchange. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping will be charged to send the new exchanged item/s back to you.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch of your order, a processing fee of 30% of the total order value will be charged for all cancelled orders.
COUPON CODES
Coupon codes can not be used on items which are on sale. Only one code applicable per order.
